Born Leopoldo Dante Tevez in a small town in Argentina in 1945, Leo Dan was a very successfull singer/songwriter, having composed over 2000 songs, many of them sung by music stars like Jose Jose and Palito Ortega. His melodies and lovely voice, which though not a powerful one falls softly on the ears, garnered him his own TV show in the '60s, and in the '70s, he moved to Mexico for a decade, expanding his audience and reputation as a songwriter.

This well produced DVD collection will delight Leo's many fans, and Leo wrote all the songs except for tracks 4 and 10. Leo in his youth will remind some of my fellow "boomers" a little of Bobby Vinton in his heyday, in voice, personality, and in the sweet and simple tunes they both sung that have for the most part innocent, puppy love themes.

The 1st 6 tracks are in b&w, and both the b&w and color tracks have quite good sound and visual quality, and do not show their age too much. The last 4 tracks are of a much matured and relaxed Leo; what he lost in hair and waistline he more than gained as a polished performer. He sings the final 3 songs with a mariachi band, and has fun with one of his biggest hits, "Esa Pared." This collection is nearly 40 minutes long. Track list:

This is an excellent DVD, collecting many of Paulina Rubio's earliest hits. There are eight videos: Amor de Mujer, El Me Engano, Te Daria Mi Vida, Mio, Solo Por Ti, Asunto De Dos, Nada De Ti y Siempre Tuya Desde La Raiz. Accoridng to the blurb, these date back to the early and mid 1990s and present quite a different image from her more recent releases. Mio is probably my favourite song here, but the best videos are Asunto De Dos and Nada De Ti.
The DVD also contains an audio CD of early hits.

This is an ok DVD, specially since it only covers her videos from her EMI era.
It contains all her videos except NIEVA NIEVA and ENAMORADA.
Hopefully she'll release a DVD with ALL her videos sometime soon.
The menu is ok, nothing special, no special features but it's cool to see all those classic videos.

Aqui tenemos un dvd con 14 videos del gran Venezolano, Leo Dan.
La razon por cual le doy 4 estrellas es por lo siguiente. Todos los 14 videos
que salen aqui, estan grabados en vivo. Pero, los primeros 11 videos no tienen
el sonido original del video. Tiene el sonido de un cd. Los unicos videos que
tienen el sonido original en vivo son los ultimos 4 videos. Los primeros 7
videos estan grabados en blanco y negro y el resto estan a color.

Videos que contiene el DVD son "como te va mi amor, no puedo dejar de pernsar en ti, matandome suavemente, todavia, como una mariposa, no lastimes mas, cuando quieras dejame, despues de ti que?, manana te acordaras, popurri de Juan Gabriel - debo hacerlo - caray- querida - me nace del corazon." Muy bueno el DVD y contiene varios de sus grandes exitos con los videos originales.

It was great that I finally got that dvd because I would wanna see all of their videos from beginning to end esp. Azúcar & reggae kumbia & I 💗 the kumbia kings that included dj kane,cisko,drew etc. & even though they're no longer a group, kumbia kings will always have been & always will be 1 of the groups in Latin music
