I usually don't bother with reviews unless the product far exceeds my expectations and is worthy of a review. This is by far the BEST treatment for hemorrhoids that I have ever used! I got hemorrhoids for the 1st time while pregnant with my 1st child, and after giving birth to her they were very bad and swollen. Preparation H didn't help AT ALL, nothing did but time. Eventually they got better until my 2nd pregnancy when they came back again in my 3rd trimester with the pressure of my growing baby on that region. I needed to use something to help with the swelling and discomfort, and I am SO glad I found this balm! It has helped me immensely, reduces swelling, is very cooling and just overall an amazing product! I have used it during the 3rd trimester of my 2nd pregnancy, and will be using it after the arrival of my 2nd baby. I honestly don't know what I would do without it and it's a product I will buy over and over again and HIGHLY recommend- not just for pregnancy, but for anyone suffering with hemorrhoids!

Ok, mamas, most of us know by now that one of the worst unmentioned "side-effects" of being preggo is the itchy bum. Oh my gosh...Between that and what I affectionately have termed "sweaty balls," my underpants have turned into total foreign territory that constantly perplexes me.

Well, using the Costco unscented baby wipes eliminated about 95% of the itchy bum issues (as far as sweaty balls - only the change in weather helped reduce THAT unpleasant state of affairs), until now when I've reached the very end of my pregnancy. While it isn't constant by any means, there are some moments that I feel like fainting from intensity of the itch that just will not go away. Until, that is, my friend turned me on to this product. She used it ALL the time after giving birth because of the hemorrhoids she temporarily developed (gosh, don't you LOVE being pregnant and giving birth?). I decided to give it a try on my itchy bum, and it worked like a charm! It totally helps heal any "issues" that may have come about from extra straining while going to the bathroom, and it instantly soothes your sore bum. We all know by now that when you're pregnant, your body is calling the shots, and you are usually just a helpless bystander. This product gives you back some control, and I am so happy I purchased it!

My angel baby came into the world after a birth that was rather traumatic on my 'mama parts'. After several weeks of not healing or receiving much relief from the pain, I ordered this balm with a prayer! I'll tell you what - after just one application I was sitting much prettier!
This works so much better than the chemical-laden stuff the gave me at the hospital to numb the pain, it actually aided in healing while deadening the pain. I was planning a VBAC and heard from everyone about how I needed to get some dermoplast to numb my bottom after the birth. I did some research and found this product and I am so glad I did. It smells very minty, which is nice and not too overpowering. I love that it contains only natural and organic ingredients, but does a great job of numbing and cooling. I had a 2nd degree tear and overall was pretty sore from pushing for 2.5 hours, and this product really helped soothe during the recovery process. Would definitely recommend to anyone having a vaginal birth!

I had my kiddo a month ago. Tore in two places and still wound up with a third degree episiotomy. I spent every day since his birth in misery thanks first to the pain from my skin being destroyed, then the itching from my healing stitches to a point where it was keeping me up at night (and with a newborn, that's NOT something that can happen). They gave me a jar of Tucks pads at the hospital, and aside from them being cold(ish) for the first few seconds, they just didn't help me AT ALL. They also gave me Americane spray, which, once the narcotics ran out, I found just made my skin sting horribly - I had to wash it off. I received my Mama Bottom Balm yesterday, and my goodness, it is WONDERFUL! The relief is INSTANT and LASTING. The balm has a wonderful cooling effect not from being cold, but from the menthol in the formula, and because of that, it lasts for a looooong time. The balm itself is full of moisturizers that veeeeery slowly absorb into the skin, which is great because I can put it on before bed, and it's still working when I get up in the morning (and since it's applied to a place that isn't touched or seen, who cares if it's a bit greasy for an extended period?).

I cannot recommend this product enough. Suddenly, (to some extent) I've got my body back. This is going on my list of new-mom must have gifts for every baby shower I go to from here on out.
