Dr. Lynn is a Naturopathic Doctor, with a Ph.D. in Health, a nationally certified yoga instructor and a nationally certified fitness instructor. She has published several books, lectured extensively, had a radio talk show on anti-aging and has been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years. Dr. Anderson lives in Los Angeles with her husband Dan where she teaches her anti-aging classes, yoga nad cycling at various gyms and health clubs throughout L.A.

The instructor is very thin - so thin, the only thing I could think about was that she didn't look healthy. I found this very distracting and I couldn't complete the workout. There are two other women in the background (they are older women and not fitness models, which is fine). The music was so low it could hardly be heard. The instruction was a little stiff. All in all, there are better workouts to spend your money on.

Now if I could only get myself to use it 2 or 3 times a week, as I planned to do when I purchased it.
