This mocha mix is just perfect for people on the Atkins or South Beach diet or for somebody watching their carbs. It's such a treat for my husband and myself since it seems we are constantly on one of those diets. I use my ninja blender and I brew some strong coffee in my Keurig on the smallest setting (4 0Z), then I put another teaspoon of instant coffee in it to really make it strong. Put it in the blender with 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream and lots of ice with a scoop of Big Train and blend into a smoothy and watch out Starbucks. It's DELICIOUS. It's 4g Net carbs for a scoop of Big Train and 31/2 carbs for 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, you can cut this in half or use water which is fine too, but not as rich tasting. This is a good size drink so if you wanted to cut all the ingredients in half or share with someone would be good too.

I love blended mochas, but can't have them when I diet. I use this powder to make my much beloved blended mochas and it doesn't seem to stall my weight loss efforts. I have purchased my 4th can to date, and still love the taste! It is worth the price to have my treat, and still be successful in my dieting efforts. Thank goodness for Big Train products!

They serve this in the cafeteria where I work. They make it thus: fill a cup with ice. Pour iced coffee into the cup. Put the ice and coffee into a blender, and add two scoops of the Lite Mocha Mix. Blend well.

Delicious, and under 200 calories -- compared to 400+ calories for the non-Lite versions.

I have been a huge fan of this low carb frappe mix for years. It makes an awesome mocha frappe without much fuss. You just add 4oz of milk, 4oz of espresso or water if you swing that way and ice. I usually add sugar free flavored syrup to ramp up the taste but if you're just looking for a mocha frappe you wouldn't need to. It's creamy and delicious! Only 45 calories per serving or 90 calories per scoop of mix. I highly recommend!!

SO GLAD I FOUND THIS!!!!
I make this into a "frappe" everyday for breakfast. I can drink it every single day for months straight and never get tired of it--it's that good.

Directions call for half and half and water--i use unsweetened almond milk instead of water--and with 12 cubes from my ice maker, it makes a perfect 32oz shake--enough to keep me full for 4 hours. I also figured for all ingredients (including tax) it runs about $1.65/shake--much, much less than the coffee place or drive thru, and it means no extra stops on my way to work. (I make it in my Ninja food processing bowl--the pitcher pulverizes the ice just a little too much for my taste--i like just a little ice crunchage in my frappes).
I always recommend this shake to anyone that is on a low-carb diet.

I use this with unsweetened almond milk for an occasional treat and blend with ice!. Perfect. The very large can lasts quite a while.

I'm enjoying some of this right now, as I type this review. I just made my first drink of this flavor and I believe it is almost as good as Big Train Low Carb Blended Ice Vanilla Latte Mix, 1.85 lb Can. I say almost because it is a different flavor. I can even see mixing some of both to get a new combo flavored drink. Besides using half and half or milk you can also use left over coffee and/or non dairy almond or any other flavored "beverage" if you do not want the calories from the dairy products. Also for those that don't consume much dairy, I bet you will find this plenty sweet as it is even though you have added ice cubes. I also suggest that you use a VitaMix blender since it has the power to really BLEND the liquid and ice cubes quickly.

I follow a low-carb, low-sugar food plan but of course I get the sweet tooth every once in awhile. This drink helps curb my sweet tooth and satisfies me without making me feel guilty. If I want to indulge a little bit more, I use chocolate milk instead of regular to make it and it adds just a nice hint of richness to it. I highly recommend this to everyone and anyone who asks me what I use for dessert and I truly think it is worth the money. You get a nice big container that can easily last over a month depending on how often you drink this. One reviewer commented on the price but if you look at it like this... you can easily spend $30 at Starbucks in one to two weeks. Plus with Starbucks, you get extra calories. So if you like coffee type drinks and want something sweet, this is your drink!
