I have been using this steam cleaner for several months now and am very impressed. It cleans well, is easy to fill and empty, but most of all, it doesn't get my carpet "too wet" when I am cleaning it even when I go over an area more than once.

I chose it because of the five circular "scrubbers" that are on the bottom. As they rotate, all directions are covered - instead of only one (with a rotating single brush).

The smaller attachable hand brush is helpful for minor spills and stains on my furniture. I'm a grandma now with dogs - sure wish I had this back in the days of being a Mom with lots of "kid spills."

We bought this product a year ago. Cleaned our carpets Fall, Spring and again this Fall. It works perfectly. We have three dogs that are in and out all day and the amount of dirt and grime I pour out of the recovery tank is UNBELIEVABLE.

Tried repeating a room the next day and got very little additional dirt. Not worth the trouble.

The secret is to follow the directions and give two washing strokes and two vaccuum strokes ... slowly. Our carpets dry overnight ... even the deeper pile carpets.

Be sure to clean the brushes about every hour of use as hair builds up and also clean the accumulated hair from the thin vaccuum tube occasionally.

Love the brush attachment for small spills, stairs and upholstery. A doggie mess can be gone in 10 minutes ... really gone.

We are taking this to our summer cottage to do the carpets there.

Only had it a week, so I can't speak to endurance, but this machine really took on the worst our pets could throw at it and soldiered on.

Cat doing the technicolor yawn (more than once...) on beige rug: gone.
Cat ralphing on bamboo runner: gone. And I thought that one was *burned* in let me tell ya.
Dog chewed on black fountain pen (beige rug again): gone.

My favorite part is my wife calling me in to watch it suck up the dirt: "you gotta come see this!"
