Advanced Digital Copying
Start by scanning originals up to 8 1/2" x 14", and let the AC205L automatically output the copies while you attend to other tasks. Need to copy identification documents such as credit cards or medical insurance cards? Select two sides on one page to automatically print both sides of the document onto one side of paper. And you'll also benefit from the versatility of the standard 50-sheet Bypass Tray, which allows you to copy/print onto transparencies, labels, card stock and envelopes.

Full-color Scanning
Enhance the readability of your documents by scanning full-color or black and white images, photos or logos. Save images on your PC and then access them when you need to. Scan-to-Email allows you to scan full-color or black and white documents and send them over the Internet via Microsoft Outlook Express. Additionally, standard Readiris Pro 9 OCR software converts scanned documents into text format for easy editing.

Super G3 Faxing
Use the convenient Printer Settings utility to quickly set up fax options and edit or create phonebook entries—all from your PC. Prioritize fax communications, store them in memory, up to 320 pages, and then use the Priority Transmission function to send key documents first, at a quick three seconds per page. Finally, never worry about missing important fax communications; the 43-Hour Fax Memory Backup keeps them safe.

Versatile USB Flash Drive Port
Using the USB Flash Drive Port, print documents stored on a USB flash drive or scan documents directly to a flash drive. Additionally, you can download system data to a flash drive—such as phonebook entries and system settings—creating a convenient, portable data-backup system.
