OK, so the picture of this item does and EXCELLENT job of hiding how very very CHEAP it really is.

The fake leather strap etc is the cheapest material money can buy. It's almost paper thin etc and just really terrible. Also te strap doesn't go through the ball. The strap ends on just either side of the ball, and an even thinner piece of fake leather (thinner than a shoe lace) goes through the ball. This tiny fake leather thong piece is simply tied to either side of the strap with a single overhand knot! Cheaper than dirt, and felt like a joke. The buckle in back was so cheap it hardly worked- thin cheap light chinese metal.

Trying to wear the gag was a joke. It would just flop around and fall out, unless you tightened it AOLT, which just caused the srap to stretch badly and fall apart as the thin thong ripped out and popped off. Also, once tied back together, the gag would not stay in and work unless the buckle got tightened so bad that it really was painful or uncomfortable.

I really like and enjoy this product, as I am used to being a sub in uncomfortable positions, this gag however had a different problem. The leather parth which touches the sides of your mouth is very sharp and scratchy and caused "paper-cuts" on the outside of my mouth. Although fun, I do not think this was an intended result for the gag. It can be easily replace though, with some silk or differnt leather, the tighter you put it on the deeper it cuts, so be careful, its kinda cheap.

When i received this i tried it on to make sure it would be comfortable and not cause chaffing, it did but the original tie strap sucks. I cut it off and went to a local fabric store and got a strip of leather that i put on and now it's very comfortable and easier to tie/take off. All in all this is great, the strap was the only reason i gave it 4 stars.
