We had these at a restaurant bar in Seattle, and I made a note of the name when I saw the server refreshing a tray of these. The bottles are small, but this is good so you can finish a bottle before the peppers are no longer fresh. These have a little bit of a kick, but aren't horribly spicy at all. Great as part of an appetizer spread or as a sandwich side instead of pickles. Fun for something different!

Can't find these anywhere locally, but these are amazing! Great on anything you'd put peppers or pickles on. Smother a pizza or a hamburger with them! MMMMMMMMMMMMM! Like a more-flavorful pickled banana pepper, sweet, some heat, but also just the right amount of bitter acid from the vinegar pickling. The jar looks big in the picture but is only about 3" tall. Order a bunch as they'll go fast!!!

Excellent, just finished a two week trip traveling through the Basque Country in Spain. Had these peppers at numerous pintxos bars. They are authentic with a little bit of a bite to them. Also quite good on home made pizza.

These slender yellow-green peppers, sometimes known as Guindillas la Vasca,
are packed in vinegar, they're a tangy, slightly sweet treat with just a
mild hint of spice. They're reminiscent of the taste of banana peppers
with a fuller, richer flavor.

They make a great tapas item with a splash of extra virgin olive oil and
a pinch of sea salt. I LOVE these peppers! Served with sliced jamon serrano,
olives, cheese, white anchovies - and some crusty warm bread. Just received
my order today and ordering the giant sized jar tonight.
