We had used the regular Kandoo pumps before, but this made hand washing way more fun (and therefore more effective) for our kids. My smallest child could handle it by herself from 2 years on. The frogs are super cool looking and we love the Kandoo line in general -- the kids know the name of it and my four year old even told me tonight that her soap was getting low...there's a clear line on the side so that you can see when to fill it up. We use the refills from here too; way cheaper than buying soap containers all the time and the liquid concentrate goes a lot farther in this foam soap option. Nice that when kids visit they want to wash hands b/c of 'the cool frog' too - less germs all around is hard to complain about.
