Granite Ware by Columbian Home Products
Originally founded in 1871, Columbian Home Products is the oldest cookware manufacturer in the U. S., famous for producing Porcelain on Steel cookware. The Columbian Home Products name was taken from the Columbian Exposition World Fair in Chicago in 1893 where we won the cookware innovation award for our naturally non-stick enameling process. We have been producing Granite Ware cookware in our Terre Haute, in facility since 1901.
Granite Ware 3-Piece Bake, Broil, and Grill Pan Set
Made in the USA, Granite Ware roasters brown better and cook more evenly than any other roaster. Made of carbon steel construction for strength and much stronger and safer than foil type pans.
Porcelain is fused to the steel at 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit producing a non-porous, inert glass surface that is naturally non-stick. Porcelain can chip if dropped, however this does not reduce the effectiveness of the cookware.
The Granite Ware 3-piece Bake, Broil & Grill Set is perfect for a small meal of vegetables or fish. Use the grill pan directly on your barbecue to prevent fish from flaking into the burners.
During the winter, use the grill rack to cook meat in the oven, using the pan to keep it all clean.
Includes a roasting pan: 14 x 9 x 2 inch; a broiler/grill pan: 13 x 9 inch; and a grill rack: 13 x 9 inch.

I used this for the first time to make burgers under the broiler. I had the pan about 5 inches from the heating elements. The temperature of the oven was 550F. The top holed insert warped after about 5 minutes. Total time in the over, about 10 minutes. I lined the base with foil. It wasn't a huge warp, and it returned to shape after cooling, but it was warped and anything made to go under the broiler should be able to withstand temps of the broiler. It was okay to clean, although part of the holed insert is now stained.
