I rated these a 3 because they are used in an infant feeder. The hole at the top should be bigger, to allow the baby food to go through. I was pretty disappointed in the infant feeder as well. NOT LIKE the original infa-feeder, not made as well.

I have been trying to find these nipples that come on the Luv N Care Precious Moments bottles, forever and finally found them. They are medium flow and this is the ones I like to use. I am a foster parent and have babies in my home all the time, and I only use the Precious Moments bottles, but needed extra nipples, when they get to looking cloudy and not clear. Thanks

Beware that this item is not as pictured!
The pic is of non-drip variable floo DUAL SURFACE nipple.
What arrived after purchase was a regular nipple without either variable flow or DUAL SURFACE.

I've had similar ones before and love them, but these are HORRIBLE! They leak like a sieve out of the flow adjusting holes. I've tried different bottles/rings and no improvement. I'm extremely disappointed!!!

My son suffers with a lot of pain while teething and he loves these nipples when the pain is unbearable. Sometimes it is so bad he can't eat regular food and he can only use his bottle. He refuses to use any other type of nipple. We love them!
