The towelettes were what I ordered, however, after opening the box and using some, we found that 1/4 of them were dried out and you couldn't use them as described without wetting them. If you do this then they lose the purpose for purchasing them in the first place. I think that the reason that these towelettes were dried out is because they came from a old supply of boxes. From now I will just go to our local large medical supply place.

Contains the same ingredient as Bactine, bug bite remedies, and an expensive herpes remedy. It's what doctors use in their offices as a cleansing towelette for urine samples. Effective. Size is fine, strength is not ideal, but good enough (a stronger one would obviously cost more money). Very convenient for when out and about.

Benzalkonium chloride is the active ingredient in Bactine, but Bactine also adds a topical anaesthetic, which isn't always ideal ... particularly when cleaning sex toys. (Think it through and you'll agree ...)

These wipes have no anaesthetic properties.

They're from China, if that matters to you.

But they seem to be working just fine.

Not sure if these are exactly obstetrical towelettes. They are more the size of an first aid kit antiseptic wipe. I have had other obstetrical towelettes that are about twice the size and are easier to use. I think I'll look around for something more substantial next time.
