This purchase was to replace our ten year old broken Sears/Kenmore dishwasher. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and features of the Danby dishwasher. Especially liked the 3 levels of the water spray arms and the built in water softner.
Other surprises: Extremely clean dishes and very quiet also.
The only negative is that the height of the unit was 2.25 inches shorter than our old unit and left a gap below our counter top. This required some handiwork to fill the gap.
Overall, this Danby dishwasher is a very good value and much better than our old Sears unit.

Dishwasher was shipped in VERY timely manner and is a wonderful product!! Nice stainless steel interior and had no problems with installation or service.

We have had this unit for only 7 days... so far we are very pleased. I must add that I have never had to add salt (seperate dispenser)into a dishwasher before. This is a very compact unit we had 2 prior Kenmore units which both had to be replaced.
