Directions

Soup directions:
Empty 1 envelope soup mix into medium saucepan. Stir in 2 1/2 cups (20 oz.) water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Makes 2 cups.

This is great, I mix it with sour cream to make a dip. Local stores stopped carrying Lipton Vegetable so bought it from Amazon. Kosher version tastes great and less additives than "regular" version.

This is a great addition to a traditional sour cream/spinach dip recipe. Hollow out a round loaf of bread, reserving the removed bread. Fill with Spinach dip and break the reserved bread into dipping size pieces and arrange around the bread on a pretty platter. Perfect appetizer.
