Works great. 2 positives- tough in all types of crazy weather and I like the different time settings (2hr, 4hr, 6hr, 8hr, dusk to dawn and off), beats the pants off going outside everyday and plugging Christmas lights in and saves energy. 2 negatives- price is a little steep for me and sensor is sensitive (your headlights or outdoor security lights can reactivate the sensor and start your timer all over again). Overal, realy glad I ordered it
