I ordered this rack as I couldn't find the correct size. This was as close
as I could get. I thought it was a good product until I used it about 4 - 5
times and the non stick coating is already peeling off the bottom of the
so called "feet" which raise the rack out of the liquid in the pan. I hope
that explains it! Anway, like they say..you get what you pay for!!! Would
not recommend this to anyone!!!

While the shape, height and physical construction (i.e, it's "strength") of this rack itself is OK, the black coating finish began to just chip & flake off after 3rd use!! - and I hand washed it each time w/ a special sponge that is intentionally for use to not damage "Teflon" or other coated cooking utensils, pans & the like. Don't bother buying this rack. It's junk, and who knows how much of the black coating that chipped off we ate on our food!

A little larger than some and that helps in a big roaster. I hope to find one that fits a big roaster pan so I can do a large batch of Pork Ribs without the ribs hitting the bottom of the pan or sitting in the water in the bottom. Why doesn't someone make a rack that fits the whole roaster - in teflon. There's a million dollar idea for someone! Five stars when & if I find a big one!

I purchased this for Thanksgiving turkey along with 13-, 15- and 18-inch oven roasting pans. It fits easily in the large pan, just barely in the 15-inch pan but not in the smaller two. Using this was okay. It has an okay strength and will substitute as a cake or cookie cooling rack and cleans easily.

The rack does its job of getting what's cooking (a ham in our family) off the bottom of the pan. However, it took a bit of work to get the rack actually in the MIDDLE of the pan because it's smaller than the pan we have. All in all...good but small.
