Directions

Preparation Directions:1 Whisk it up!In saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and whipping cream. Whisk in contents of custard pouch.2 Warm it up!Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Simmer and stir for 30 sec.3 Pour it in!Pour into oven safe dishes. Let stand at room temp. 1 hr. or until skin forms on top.4 Sprinkle & heat!Preheat oven broiler. Sprinkle custard surface with caramelizing sugar. Broil with rack on high position and slightly opened oven door for 3-4 min. until ...

This mix came out better than when I tried to make it from scratch. It is creamy and tastes like it should. I just need to get better at carmelizing the topping but that is my learning curve not the mix. It is super easy to make as well. I would buy it again for sure!

Fun and easy to make! It doesn't say it on the box, but use a double boiler to heat it, it scorches quickly - as does all creme brulee! This was delicious and much easier to make than from scratch. Also, I really appreciate that it's made without any hydrogenated oils (no trans fat), unlike a previous mix I purchased.
