Fell apart 0 Stars

This deserves a 0 and a refund! Took him sooo long to decide on a costume and it fell apart.it looks awesome in the picture. Got it with a missing piece no connector for two of the pieces and the hand was not glued onto the Velcro which Was the key element to this costume. The glue was yellowed and old looking. So I had to buy some glue for the velcro and a dowel and duck tape to compensate for the missing connector. The ends of the piping that goes across the back is very pointy should be rounded and soft. The material is too cheap and flimsy to support the poles. I tried to round the shoulders by using bubble wrap but it didnt to stay in place. So as he put the costume on outside before going into the party we were going to (you can't drive in it its too high) the otherside of the Velcro on the hand came off. So Now he ended up with a disconnected hand which was a critical part of the costume and leaning against a counter most of the night to hold the costume up. So don't buy this. Pricey for ruining the night. Shipping was also expensive.

Coming unglued

Halloween is close so I payed an out rageous amount of $50 to get this shipped on time only to receive it coming unglued. The hand came unglued, one of the faux buttons is unglued. Its not in the best of condition's but my b/f has had the same exact costume, same manufacturer for 4 years & LOVES the costume so I will end up mending what needs to be mended & pay the price for keeping it. Not Happy!

I was surprised when this showed up in a clear plastic bag and not a box. The costume has foam in the interior at the shoulders and body. There is PVC piping that runs along the back and shoulders that props the costume up.
I needed to pin and tie the "hand" up in position so it stayed at my head. Even then for the most part I had to crook my head to the hand for the affect, so you'll have to work at it a bit.
Still though I took no stars off cause those kind of little tweeks don't bother me and for the price point I didn't expect perfection.
The effect however, fantastic! With a little "makeup" it makes quite the impression.
I won first place in a contest at work and was in competition with at least 50(?) others.
I also wore it in Salem MA during Halloween and to my surprise my picture was taken a lot.
As long as you don't mind the little tweeks do not hesitate to purchase it!
