The best I've found after trying many. Clears my upper sinus condition up if I take 6 of them, lasts about 8 to 12 hours, then I take it again a few hours before I go to bed so I don't get a sinus headache while sleeping.

I've already finished one bottle that I bought on a whim from GNC when they were trying to clear out their clearance. Didn't expect too much but I'd heard that this could help my allergies and I can see why! I only take one capsule per day with my other supplements (glucosamine chondroitin for joints, feverfew for migraines, and this) and my allergies haven't been severe or even really noticeable for the past 3 months. I wasn't expecting an overnight sensation like some people claim to have seen, just something to ease the severity of seasonal/everyday outdoor allergies and sniffles. I feel much healthier these days and I don't get sick as often I used to this time of year, so I definitely feel like this has helped boost my immune system. I've already ordered a second bottle and I will continue to be a religious user!

I also bought the propolis from these guys (YS Organic Bee Farm) and their honey. I feel more energetic when I take it (only 2 caps a day) and when I ran out last week, I actually felt the difference. Except for Vitamin A I don't do supplements any more. These have ginseng and royal jelly but I didn't originally purchase this because of that. I was more interested in the bee pollen because of what I read about helping with canker sores. So far so good. I'm a huge fan of this stuff. I figure anything from a bee can only be good for you.

Last summer, I had a cough for 1.5 months that just wouldn't go away. I picked up Y.S. Eco Bee Farms Triple Bee Complex (Royal Jelly, Bee Pollen, Propolis, with Korean Ginseng) at a local GNC. The cough went away after taking 2 capsules, 3 times a day, for 3 days. I use it anytime I feel like I'm coming down with a cold and haven't been sick since! I'm a believer. You just need to try and see if it's right for you. One caveat: do not take this if you are allergic to bee stings, etc... Good luck!

I love this product. I had been using another brand but I switched primarily because of the price. This seems to have less of each thing but it's enough to give me energy as well as seeming to act as a natural antibiotic. I have very sensitive skin and when I have any kind of issues I always take more of these capsules. Ditto with any kind of sinus or lung infection. Usually I just take one a day in the morning because this seems to boost my energy.
