When I renovated my kitchen a little over a year ago I installed this wall rack. It is very strong and very solid. It does need professional or at least a very knowledgeable person to install it. I hang frying pans and similar heavy items and so far it has borne their weight very well. I recommend additional hooks as you will need more than it comes with.

I wanted to replace a ceiling rack with one that wasn't so obtrusive. This fit the bill. It sits pretty close to the wall and I needed it to sit further away, so I added a block of wood to each end before bolting. I bought four new bolts with enough length to make up for the extra needed to go through the blocks of wood. Mine is solidly into studs and holds 9 Cuisinart pots and pans nicely. I did purchase a set of extra hooks. The best part is that it doesn't take up a lot of room in the kitchen.

I looked at all the hanging racks available for my shiny new all-clad stainless steel pans. I needed one that would go on a flat surface and could be nice and high so the pans could be hung over my sink without any dishwasher bumping his head on them. This is just right, and it's nice and strong. I have hung the entire set from it, and it would take more. Excellent value too.

I have recently mounted this in my "La Petite" 50's kitchen and I Love it! I actually purchased this two years ago but it was never mounted when I realized that the site I had decided upon did not have studs to mount it on. It was forgotten in storage until recently when I re-discovered it while cleaning. It was not hard to hang this one piece bar. The most time consuming part of the task was actually finding a good spot with studs. It is currently holding 6 pots of various sizes, a 14 inch grand griddle, 5 mixing bowels, 3 various sized fry pans, a steamer, a wok, and collender. All of these items are made from stainless steel and/ or copper are VERY HEAVY. There is also a wooden bread board, drying herbs, and strings of peppers hung up. The rack remains tight to the wall and does not appear strained in any way. The rack is a heavy gauge stainless steel with a brushed finish and should really last a lifetime. The price was good at less than a third of many of the racks that I looked at. I purchased the Cuisinart brushed stainless steel pot rack hooks #CRUH-6 to use with the rack. They are the perfect size and weight and hold the pans at an angle so that more items will fit on the rack. The original 4 hooks which came with the rack were lost so I cannot comment on them. However, 4 would never have been enough anyway. This simple bar pot rack has done wonders for my kitchen! Besides freeing up much needed space it fits perfectly in the little space that I have. I no longer need to store pots in my stove due to lack of space. I can immediately hang up my pots and pans after washing as well so a dish drainer is not needed. It is a visual centerpiece which has breathed life into a less than ideal kitchen! Highly recommended!

My husband and I are happy with this purchase. We are slowly upgrading the kitchen and we wanted stainless steel to go with our appliances/knobs/faucet...etc. It's simple, which we both like. The only thing I would change is that it should come with 5 pot rack hooks and not 4. You can purchase more separately on Amazon, but you get 6 hooks for $7.95. I definitely don't need 6 more. So I'll stick with the 4 that were included.

Online, the information seemed to suggest that molly bolts could be used for installation. Upon receipt, the instructions specify that molly bolts can NOT be used. The rack is 36" long. I used a stud finder, and pre-drilled holes as instructed. One set of holes found the stud, the other set of holes found... nothing. Consequently, I had to use molly bolts on one end of the rack, but used ones large enough to ensure proper support. The rack is tight and secure - and looks and works fine except for the minor adventure of installation.

We've owned this rack for ten months now, and have no complaints. It's well-made, holds our pots without a problem, and was easy to install. It looks good, and works well in our 1960's ranch with low ceilings and a narrow kitchen - the pots are right up against the wall and don't take up much room. It makes the place look like a professional kitchen! I initially wondered if the pots resting against the wall would chip or leave water marks on the paint, but we only put them up when dry and are careful not to bump the wall, and that hasn't been an issue. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have been looking for a pot rack for my narrow closet for a long time. Most were junkie or stuck out too far. This rack is good looking, slim, affordable, and strong. The only problem we had was that it needs to be attached on studs and they weren't centered in the area where I wanted to hang it. We attached a 1x4 to the wall, painted it, and attached the rack. It looks great and I may even add another!
