It's a pretty good product. There is a learning curve to it. Takes practice.

I purchased this as an upgrade to a Sound Blaster Video Editor kit only to find out that the older version was specific to the Sound Blaster hardware and this version would not be compatible. In trying to resolve this with ULead I received nothing but hangups and call transfers by their tech support over the course of five hours with each call creating a wait of at least 60 minutes. In the end I was told it was my fault because I did not download the free trial version first before buying it. Their initial version was quite buggy and would crash often I hoped that the newer version would be improved.
