I ordered these on recommendation of my midwife for leg cramps during pregnancy. My leg cramps stopped the day I started taking them. They come back if I don't take any. Also I immediately noticed a sense of calm, ease and peace after I began taking them. I looked it up and calcium has a soothing effect on the heart and palpitations. I didn'trrealize I had been suffering until it was gone! I feel sorry for people who take huge horsepills of calcium and never experience any benefits like these. I also personally think you don't need to take the entire recommended dose to benefit. I think the recommended dose is 6 capsules daily. i take 2-4. I know I get calcium in my diet and don't need a full 100% from a capsule. This works very well and they last longer.

I like this for three reasons. 1. There is nothing in it I am allergic or sensitive to. 2. It's a capsule so easy to swallow and dissolves easily, which is what you want and 3. It has enough other things required for calcium absorption that as long as I'm including a healthy amount of fat & eat well, it works well for me.
