It worked for jewelry-making purposes, although it was hard to test the effectiveness based on the amount used at first. After a month, a piece fell apart. Since then, I put more on each piece and the rest of my pieces, mostly earrings, have held up fine.

I broke a quartz crystal I have had for decades and was heartbroken. Saw tnis stuff on a Weather Channel show and gave it a shot. It repaired the crystal perfectly with no signs of my clumsiness. I am exceptionally pleased and highly reccomend it tp anyone looking for a quick, very easy to use permanent epoxy for crystal and other gem repairs! Thank you!

I never expected the strength of that product, it is really a good one, however, the cure time needed is longer than two hours, otherwise, add more than equal amount of the hardener to get over the long time required for cure, I recommend it

Nothing beats this glue for jewelry / stone setting. I usually bezel set but occasionally need to glue. I had an aquamarine bullet glued into a SS cup on a pendant. Lost the thing doing yard work, found it 3 years later and the stone was still solid in the setting. I would rate 5 stars if the makers would change from tube dispenser to syringes or plastic squeeze bottle.

I am using this for adhering gems and minerals to a metal base, as well as gems to glass. It seems to be working well, although I guess the test of time is the most important one with a product of this nature.
I impulse bought it here, subsequently found it a lot cheaper elsewhere so you might want to look around. Acetone is the solvent until it hardens, then it needs a good long soak in paint remover.

Received as ordered and promptly. However, packaging was poor and due to damage from mishandling, there was some product loss. Tubes of liquid need more that a kraft mailing envelope.

I've used small amounts of this product in certain pieces of jewelry items for years . It's a bit of insurance that the stone won't get loose or fall out. The life of the epoxy is many years (I've never seen it loose the bond over 30+ years) and I've never had a complaint as long as it's used invisibly. The trick with this epoxy is to make about 2/3 to 1/3 epoxy and hardener, read the label. Don't try to make the proportions even or it'll just remain sticky forever. If you want it to harden faster put it on a hotplate. As soon as the whole piece is hot to the touch and then is allowed to cool the epoxy is hard.
