The roaster features a nonporous porcelain construction that resists chips, scratches, stains, and odors for years of use. Embossed bands run horizontally around the roaster's sides, providing traction for the chef in transporting dishes in and out of the oven. The user-friendly roaster accommodates freezer, dishwasher, and microwave use, and sustains oven or broiler temperatures up to 482 degrees F. To preserve the roaster's efficacy, avoid dramatic temperature changes and the use of abrasives in cleaning. Do not heat the roaster while empty, or expose to open flame cooking. For tidy storage, the roaster stacks together with other pieces from Ramsay's bakeware line. A limited two-year warranty covers this item.
