I bought this to season cast iron cookware. It works very well. It seasons the pans better than anything I have used and results in a smooth black lacquer finish. Maybe all Flax Seed oil will do that. But this one does.

Fresh nutty taste and no rancidity detected at all. Should be refrigerated at your house and it will not solidify. The short transit time shouldn't interfere as who really knows what happens with the health store's deliveries? Happy that I can order a brand like this and not leave my house!
