Item just as described! HookedOnTronics had the best price of anywhere I looked, fit perfectly into the Atrend 12 box I bought for under the rear seat in my 2014 RAM. Works perfectly with the Kenwood Amp and Audio Control LC2i i bought to keep my factory radio. Sub has great clean sound,Gives off plenty of bass, and works perfect for my use.Would definitely recommend this product!

Also if you have a 2014 RAM if you're putting this under your rear seat it fits in the box like a glove. Recommend this and purchasing a Bar Grille and the seat spacers to lift the seat 5/8ths from Fox Acoustics. Awesome setup in my truck, I couldn't be any happier!

HOLY CRAP!!

Put 2 of these in my 2012 F-150 supercab. I figured with them being slim, they would be weak....HOLY CRAP!!! They pound hard!! I can't even turn the bass up all the way on my system. I am only running a 1000w kenwood amp and it handles it fine. It won't win any street competitions but they hit hard for everyday use.

Sounds really nice, lows are accurate

Installed in a Toyota tundra floor cutout complete costom. Sounds really nice, lows are accurate, response is tight super clean for all kinds of music. I listen to hip hop, county, classical, jazz and so on so am extremely happy. The reason for four stars is that the little stickers that go on the speaker is missing. So that makes for incomplete delivery in my book. With the all the time I took to do the install the speaker carries no name on it. But sounds great for never owning this brand before I highly suggest it.

Won't be disappointed for a shallow sub!

Installed this is a shallow box in a 2010 Tundra, being push off a bridged pair on a Pioneer 4 channel map. It is getting about 250watts RMS. Have not had a sub-woofer in a vehicle since the early 2000's, but wanted some fill for the lower notes. Took a few days to break in, but once it did, it sounds nice. Again, like others have said, you aren't going to be heard from a mile away, but that isn't what I was looking for. Could care less how it sounds outside the vehicle. It sounds good inside the vehicle. Sold construction, and a nice trim ring to hide the screws. Time will be the ultimate test, to see how long it will last.

Perfect size

Bought it as a replacement for an older model that finally seized up on me. I needed a very slim sub for a custom fiberglass box I built in the trunk that did not have much depth. Perfect fit, the color matched the interior carpet and it looks factory. Sound quality is great, but it all depends on the amp and the box as well. No issues so far.

but they sound so great i had to write a Amazon review

Put them in my 2004 F150 with a QBomb Rhino Lined box, Only thing is i got them on ebay, but they sound so great i had to write a Amazon review. The notes are very clear and clean, so are the lows. Paired with a Pioneer 1600 watt Class D Mono Block and they will get loud, and climb through the frequencies with ease! Really good bass for the price. They say they can handle 350 rms but i have smelt them get warm at least twice now at around 300rms going to them. So i have been taking it easy on the break in not trying to just burn them up. They sound so good that its tempting to just push them hard at all times! They rattle my interior and make you think a plastic bag or something has gotten trapped under them because they are pushing some air!!!, but nope, its just those subs hammering away!

awesome shallow sub

I have this sub in my dodge ram quad cab and I couldnt be happier. This is the third sub and hopefully last one I'll put in my truck. This one hits harder than the others, can handle the wattage from my amp and should have been the first one I bought.
