Pretty good for a boxed mix; not counting the high sodium and questionable ingredients. I make this in my little rice cooker. Heat the rice cooker with butter and the rice and cook a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and push the button. Bought it for prepping but comes in handy once in a while for something different with a meal. Handy for a quick side-dish. They say 1 cup is a serving and there are 2.5 servings per box. I only eat 1/2 cup with my meal.

Eat this stuff if you want to be plugged up for a couple of days and cause health issues with your bowel movements. This stuff is tasty, yummy, and really filling. The problem is that it will plug you up. I started eating this at the beginning of the year and became seriously constipated. I wasn't completely sure this was the culprit. I developed some health issues from the constipation. A few months later, I still had a box of this stuff laying around. I tried eating it again and sure enough, I was plugged up for 3 more days, which lead to further health problems. Avoid this stuff if you have any problems whatsoever.
