I collect glass art, and though it may not be a diamond, this piece is a treasure to be sure. Just look at these stats:
Color:
What color? This Crystal Ball is air, fresh crisp mountain air, not that dirty yellow smoggy city air. Think of the purest water or ice, that is what we are dealing with here.
Cut:
Not a scratch on it, probably due to the Styrofoam shell and cellophane wrap it was encased in. And round as round can be. I didn't do the roll it on the table test but when I was washing it I was thinking, MAN! This thing sure is smooth and round!
Clarity:
See Color. I mean you look into this thing and you almost wonder what is looking back. There were no artifacts, no bubbles, just a world of clarity. I would venture to say, it's nearly optically perfect. If that's a thing, then this is it.
Carat:
It's 150mm in diameter (approx. 6 inches) and around 10 lbs. Though I have to say that when it's in your hands the size and weight of it is more than numbers can describe.
In summary, if you want an orb you can be proud of with superb clarity, excellent craftsmanship, and a size and heft that's sure to impress, not to mention an amazing price point, then this is the crystal ball for you.
Will it burn your house down if you leave it unattended in the proper sunlit conditions? Yes. Will it trap your soul within its quartzy, glassy matrix if you gaze upon it too long? Probably. Will it chase you around the house because you meddled with things you really don't understand? Who can say. Will you be, at all sorry for acquiring it? Absolutely not.

this is probably one of my best purchases off amazon. The price of this crystal ball is such a steal. I can't believe this is as beautiful as it is in the picture. Normally Amazon is kinda a you get what you pay for thing and I find it's kind of a gamble...this hands down is such a good buy. Came the next day, just in time for the cleaning and charging under the super blood moon tonight. I also got a equally stuffing dream catcher from the same seller. Could not be more happy with my product. Thank you. I got the stand from Amazon as well. Happy girl.
