Machine works well and product is easily removed after baking.
Large loaf is always an inch taller on one end when finished without intervention.
Can be corrected if dough is leveled before last rising.

Knives were a great bonus and of much higher quality than expected.

Every time we use this machine we are surprised at how beautiful the bread comes out. It has been better than we expected and well worth the price we paid.
