The day of the disposable faucet apparently have become a part of our society but NOT with this Danco Delta Faucet Repair Kit. Instead of buying another new Delta faucet because it leaks I saw this kit and said to myself for about 10% of the cost of a new Delta it would be worth a go. By golly, it was well worth the sawbuck. The best part is that everything needed except the lithium grease is included. Moreover, besides having to shut off the water supply from below the sink it is a breeze. In case you decide to use one of these kits there is a comment that said something like "be sure you place a towel or some other receptacle in the bottom of the sink in case a part falls." Old clutzy dropped a spring but no problem I lucked out and had placed a bath towel in the bottom to catch my mistakes. The process has been just a simple matter of following well written instructions and taking time to follow them. From start to finish it was less than an hour's work and no more leaks coupled with not buying another faucet.

This is an excellent kit, and saved me probably $100 or more for a repair call. It comes with two difference sets of gaskets and springs, so you can use the set that fits your faucet. The instructions are simple, but clear. Be sure to purchase the plumber's grease to lube the gaskets when you install it. Everything moved so smoothly when I reinstalled everything that at first I thought it was broken, but it was just that the old gaskets must have been worn so much that I had gotten used to yanking on the handle and the faucet, and the replacement is so smooth. One week later, no leaks and everything is like new.

This kit is exactly as described. You can search YOUTUBE for videos on how to install. The kit had everything in it that I needed. The instructions are not as good as I would like, but the blow up diagram they include helps it out. I can say that on my faucet, make sure that the stem/ball grooves are in the right place. There is a cut out line on one side of the ball that need to slide into the groove of the faucet or the top will never go on. Also there is a notched out place on the top of the faucet where the white piece has a notch to put in that groove. Also my faucet had a grey piece with an o-ring instead of a white plastic piece and a second piece washer. Put the white piece and black washer together and it fits perfect. Last but not least, use silicon grease...it will make everything go on much easier. Good luck.

This is the correct kit for the Delta 188-WF kitchen faucet. The ball in some kits doesn't have the slot matching the pin in the right side interior of the faucet. This one does. The thicker O-rings are the correct size for the main stem assembly. The included allen wrench fits the allen screw on the handle as well as the one holding the aerator in place. After using this kit to rebuild our kitchen faucet I can say the faucet no longer leaks and works like new.

Great deal to repair the faucet. Instructions included and accurate, all repair parts included. I also found a youtube video to see how to do it, and between the two of them it went nice and easy. You do need to get some silicone grease though, I used some Danco Perfect Match: Silicone Grease and this faucet now works as good (or better) than new.

Did not need all the parts but this is a good kit. It includes the wrench, years ago I separated the correct wrench for the faucet and stored it in with my jewelry so I could find easily. I am sure many folks will be happy that it is included.
