This body wash was different from what I bought locally. It seems nice, but I was disappointed that it wasn't the blue-gel wash, which has a slightly different scent that I've grown to love.
Why is the value size a completely different color?
I kept this one for guests, and ordered the smaller relaxing body wash, which shows as the blue one online. I would think the scent would be the same, and the body wash color would be just like the original, as in the smaller size but not as great quality.
Nothing negative, this one does have a nice scent.

Hopefully, when it arrives, it's the original body wash that I've used for years.

I first experienced La Source products when I stayed at a Hilton hotel in NYC. I thought it was the most delicious fragrance ever! Hard to describe--very clean, unisex, not flowery or overtly feminine. I liked it so much that I stopped by a Crabtree and Evelyn store the same day and bought the body wash and body lotion. Have been using both ever since!

This body lotion lathers nicely, rinses cleanly, produces zero irritation, and smells heavenly! It's not very moisturizing on its own; I always follow up with the body lotion. I don't think the scent lasts a long time, but it's hard to tell now that I'm used to it. Really love it!

Let me start by saying that I am not a body wash kind of guy, but this stuff is fantastic! I stayed at a Hilton Hotel last summer and this is what they offered in lieu of bar soap. I used it grudgingly, but was amazed at how long the scent remained on my skin. Late into the evening I could still smell it....and it is a terrific fragrance. I highly recommend it.

I don't get all the excitement other people expressed regarding the smell. It is OK, but not good enough for me to justify the price. I would rather spend that amount of money on Molton Brown products (Black Peppercorn Body Wash, Suma Ginseng (men) and Gingerlily for females)
Maybe it is an updated version all other people seem to complain about, but since I never had a chance to try an original version, I will pass on it for the future.

I bought it to replace the lovely smelling and pretty blue colored liquid soap in a travel case that had been a gift. This bottle, which had the exact same wording for the product, is yellowish clear, very faintly scented, and not the same at all. I was disappointed....

I actually got this originally for my wife, as she LOVES Crabtree & Evelyn products. But, I can't walk into one of their stores without my nose exploding. However, this product has a pleasing mild scent, so I rather liked it myself. Of course, it stays in her shower. <g>

Nice size bottle, lasts a long time. Scent does last on your skin, but didnt bother my nose, in fact I kinda liked it.

Another quality product from Crabtree & Evelyn.
