I have a number of these Edge-Guards and like them a lot.
I dropped one star because some, like Victorinox, have handles which connect with a slant.
This Messermeister and others only really work for knives with bolsters or with handles that connect at 90 degrees.
I use the Victorinox blade guards for my chef's knives.
