I cannot believe how much I paid for this dowel with a piece of plastic on the end. It is warped and so CHEAP! I would like to send it back but it would cost just as much to mail it back. I paid $11 for a $0.30 wooden dowel. Don't waste your money. Use a meter stick.

First of all let me say that I utilize Amazon all the time, they have great products at great prices....however the Euducation Station, Inc. is absolutely without question the most incompetent, unreliable & sarcastic company I have ever dealt with via any of the sites such as Amazon I have dealt with. The pointer came in a huge box in newspaper IN HALF!!!!! I immediately called the Education Station & talked to what sounded like a "CLOWN", I told him that we received the product & it was damaged beyond repair...he assured me that they would ship out the very next day a new one...I have yet to receive it or a refund!! To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement! I am livid!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER, EVER!!! I will continue to utilize Amazon for now, but this is someone they allow to sell via their site & that causes great concern.

Purchased two pointer sticks for demonstrating . Sticks arrived in good order, after examination one stick was warped at the pointer end. The other stick true. Also noted black tips end where connected not finished so it perturbed beyond tips, also no real glue bond of the pieces.

This pointer was bought to replace an old American-made one that had seen better days. Unfortunately, this "imported" pointer was crooked and the wooden end where the metal hanger loop was attached was very crudely cut and left with rough jagged edges. It wouldn't take much to sand this end to smooth it out. Craftsmanship is sorely lacking in the manufacture of this item.

I cannot believe how they can mess up such a simple product. It's a piece of wood with plastic on it. I'm not even complaining about the price. I know what i'm paying for, but it's a pointing stick. Supposed to be a simple straight piece of wood. But it has a 20 degree arch on it. Makes it so awkward to hold it. Very disappointed. This is one of those times you say to the QA team "you have one job", to make sure a stick is straight and you failed completely.

An exceptionally overpriced crooked pointer; cheaply made. Plastic tip came out of the box separately, will try to glue it back on. Need some sanding in order not to get splinters stuck in anyone's hand. I'd buy a plastic one if I saw this one in person first.

It is wooden and I can use it to point. It takes some getting used to, because if you hold it, it points further from your body than your index finger. But with time and practice, you'll get the hang of it. Best of all, It is super cool to use in a modern business setting because it is ridiculously old school.
