I have used my single egg, two slot toaster for over a year and would
panic if anything happened to it. I use it at least 5 times weekly.
Makes the same quality poached egg and toast every time by using the
measuring cup. Now I find I can even buy the two egg, four slot toaster;
which I will.

We are now preparing to send the second Egg N' Muffin Toaster back to Amazon. The first one stopped poaching eggs after just 5 days. Amazon replaced it quickly with no questions asked. The replacement arrived in three days by FedEx. Right out of the box, the egg portion of the machine once again did not work... not even once. After going through the accompanying manual thoroughly to make sure it was not "operator error", I'm preparing to box this up and get a refund, not a replacement. I am puzzled by the five-star reviews here and wish I could have had the same experience. I think this is a great idea for a toaster, but not when it just doesn't work.

TOASTER WORKED GREAT FOR NOT QUITE 5 MONTHS AND THE EGG POACHER QUIT WORKING COMPLETELY!! PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE FIXED OF THIS PROBLEM!! GOOD IDEA,BAD QUALITY!!
