I have a very heavy and long lasting period and these say overnight but I have to wear them during the day, their other ones are too short for me. These did not hold up at night at all, I'm going to try the maxi ones for sleeping. In comparison, I used to use the Always purple ones, they are seriously like a foot long, and these don't quite measure up. However I was seriously impressed that I had no leaks or overflow. May not be long enough but it contained everything. Now there is something I must mention that might be TMI but I've noticed with these a drastically different odor. We all know menstrual 'stuff' smells, that's just fact of life! However, with these, for me it was 10x worse and different. I think it's to be expected when it doesn't have all the crappy chemicals soaking up everything but still, it is pretty bad. Maybe just change them more often

When the packaging changed from the green package to the white and purple, they pad also changed the pad for the worse, they are much, MUCH thinner, flimsier, they bunch up, they are TERRIBLE. Not only can they not handle light or heavy flow I wouldn't trust these with a bad papercut! It's unbelievable what they did to this pad, It's not unusable. What a shame they destroyed their own product!!!!

This brand is a happy compromise between the breathability of 100% organic brands and the absorbability of the mainstream brands. I love how breathable some of the organic brands are but they don't stay in place and they can barely absorb anything. These pads stay in place and they are able to handle a light to medium flow quite well. (If you are dealing with a heavier flow, I don't recommend these.) They are breathable, not as much as the organic brands, but like I said - a good compromise.

These pads are good for people who are sensitive to those that you buy in the drug store. They are a natural alternative. I bought two different kinds to test them out. They're decent for heavy flow and fit well in the underwear. The only complaint that I have is that they move around a lot and this can be really uncomfortable. Other than that, they're great.

These work great and are very comfortable to wear, they wick everything away. And with them being chlorine bleach free, I feel so much safer using them. I love Seventh Generation! I use their hand wash, their laundry detergent, their feminine products, etc, etc, and they never disappoint! I developed an allergic reaction to Always Pads and a few other brands that have that plastic kind lining. These overnight pads are thin, comfortable and I have no allergic reactions. Anyone with skin sensitivities should definitely try these out. No leakage either. I also switched to Seventh Generation tampons that are chlorine free just to be safe.
