The most amazing thing about this shapewear is how much it helps water retention. When you first put it on it's hard to breath, but you get used to it. My wife doesn't like wearing it very much, but she does like the way she looks in it. She mostly wears it on special occasions.

I'll be the first brave one to review this product. If you want something to suck it in a little bit then this product is the way to go. I wear an XL shirt normally so I ordered the Large squeem vest. That is the perfect size. I would say to order one size below what you typically wear. If you are hoping to wear it under clothes as I was you might be disappointed. The zipper down the front will show through anything that isn't thick or baggy. It also gets very hot. It doesn't make you sweat excessively, but you definitely feel the warmth. The inside has a comfortable cotton lining, but the outside is just pure rubber which sticks to clothing. I ended up having to wear a t-shirt over the vest before wearing other clothes on top just so it wouldn't stick. I doubt very much that this vest will help you lose weight, but it does help with posture and it sucks in the problem areas.
