I couldn't find replacement for my playtex straw cups so I bought these instead and they fit really well and I am more than satisfied with it. The thing that I didnt like about it though was the valve inside the straw. It makes it difficult for my daughter to drink from it. She needs to suck twice as hard with it, so I got a pair of tiny scissors and cut as much of the valve as I could. It was kind of a pain doing it because I had to get in the rubber straw. Cutting the rubber straw on either end was not an option because one side goes through the cup (for sipping) and the other is to connect the other straw (the white one). But anyway, after cutting the valve its now perfect.

The harder straw half (shown here as the clear, non-flexible portion), comes just a little longer than the original straw in my Munchkin cup. The back of the package has a guide for various straw lengths. I didn't use the guide, but instead cut the straws to the same length as the original part.

Honestly, the cutting wasn't hard. But when I purchased this I wasn't expecting to cut anything and it turned out to be slightly tricky. I cut the first straw with household scissors, which managed to crush the portion where I was cutting before the scissors cut through. The next time I used a sharp kitchen knife and cut carefully around the circumference of the straw, producing a clean edge without crushing the straw at all. After that I returned to the first crushed straw and cut it a little shorter to clean up the scissors mess. In the end, not a big deal. But it could have been better.

These replacement straws are a life saver! They can be used in 4 different types of Munchkin cups and have come in handy for us. My daughter has recently decided that chewing on straws is a thing she likes to do. So, I didn't want to have to buy all new cups, and I searched and found these here. This is by far the best price and they are worth it. I do have to remind you that the color of the straws may vary from the actual picture shown, so you may get colors that aren't the greatest. BUT, as opposed to paying the full price for new cups, this was a much better idea. They really should sell these in stores too! But overall, it was a great purchase and has saved many of our cups from the trash and has saved us money too!

So glad I found these! I had just purchased a bunch more cups when I found these. My son started chewing off the tips of the straws. These are much more economical than replacing the entire cup. I didn't have a problem cutting the straws to size. I used scissors, and because I had read other reviews, instead of just cutting through I ran the scissors around the straw several times to make a groove before cutting through. This prevented the straws from getting crushed. The only drawback was not having a choice of colors, so I ended up with some pink straws, which I would not have chosen. It did mention that in the description though, so I was not surprised. I will definitely purchase these again when needed.

I have ordered these replacement straws multiple times. Each time it is a random assortment of straw colors (which I don't mind). They work just as well as the original straws in the Munchkin cups. There is a cutting guideline on the back of the packaging so the hard portion of the straw can be customized to fit various Munchkin products.

Crud, I was all excited for these since my LO chewed through the straws.... tested them out yesterday and realized it's not the one I need. The base is too small and so it doesn't create the seal to make the straws stay and leakproof. Dang. Good straws and love that you can buy replacement ones, but alas, not the ones I need.

I bought these to replace the sticks (bottom part, not the straw top) that have fallen into the garbage disposal trap. I had to cut them down to fit in the cups. Only issue is the rubber straw doesn't fit the cups that the package says they should fit. The rubber base that fits against the lid is too small compared to the straws that come with the cups. Worked out for me because I only needed the bottom part but just keep in mind that the straw doesn't fit these cups in the link. Munchkin Click Lock 2 Count Flip Straw Cup, 9 ounce

I guess the original cups I bought were manufactured a longer time ago than these replacements. The removable straight straw can be trimmed to size but the plug part of the whole replacement did not make a tight seal. The cup is still usable though.
