Rinse product first with warm water. soak in hot water for 10 minutes to rehydrate or add directly to recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes. Once rehydrated, dice or puree and add to a recipe.

I've always bought chilies from wherever the closest local market was, but I figured I'd give Amazon a shot. These are great quality. All whole chilies, no broken ones, and the aroma is fantastic. I've made some moles and stews with these and they're always extremely flavorful. I highly recommend them.
