Purchased this item at a hunting show in San Antonio, and was very excited to use this in my ground blind. However, when I assembled it at home as instructed, the canvas shelving straps do not assemble in such a way that the shelves are usable... the shelves are slanted at a steep angle and not usable. I went to their website and contacted them by e-mail for support / return, etc. but no one returned my e-mail. If you are thinking about buying the Ameristep shelf/shooting rest, I would make sure to assemble it before you buy to make sure it works as shown on the box.
