The photo on pkg shows fruit and I believed it - Thought it was healthy BUT the very 1st ingredient is SUGAR followed by another sweetener and numorous chemicals. I did NOT read the ingredients until after feeding it to my gerbils and bunny (now deceased) when i notice such strong odor of sugar. I don't want unhealthy diabetic pets. This product should be illegal since its packaging is misleading.

My rats ate them but the pieces were tiny. I usually give treats with my fingers and couldn't do that with these. They also did not appeal to my sense of smell, very sugary smelling. I'll stick to seed and nut mixes in the future.

My conure LOVES these things & I give her them as a special treat . They're full of sugar (which is probably why she likes them) so I don't offer them too often.

I was thrilled to find these on Amazon for such a cheap price! They're hard to find in any stores around here & the online store that I used to order from, raised the price ridiculously high. I ordered 4 packs, which will last a looking time, because the price was so good. They are all fresh & smell yummy. I admit, I've tasted them & so have any friends kids. We think the Fruit Bites are kinda yummy:) Of course, Gidget the conure, wants us to back the #$#$ away from her treats!

We have a sugar glider and she only likes this as her treat I hate that it is a add on so I have to buy it only when I buy something else but it's worth it since she does like these and eats them. Keep in mind it is a small bag so for her only eating 4-5 a day it lasts a while.

My ferrets do not like most ferret treats, but they race for these. I say the word 'treat', and they come running. They are small, so a bag can last a long time. I wouldn't pay more than about $5 a bag, which is about what you'd pay in a store. Often times the price is ridiculous here.

Don't let them get hot, or they will go bad.

These aren't healthy, but they're very sweet and fragrant, and work very well as training treats. They are very very small (each bit is the size of a grain of rice) and as a rule, I only give them to my chinchilla in small portions. Your pet will probably adore these, but they're best not to overdo.

If Only I could rate less than 1 star, these claim they are good for ferrets. Sure they are great; If you want your ferret to die before the age of 4. Ferrets are obligate CARNIVORES, fruit/veggies are not good for them. Giving anything to high in sugar is pretty much making a promise to give your little ferret Insulinoma. If you actually cared for ferrets properly, you'd never give them this.

I wish I would have read the ingredients. Sugar Glider, yes, diabetic marsupial, no. It's a shame, the packaging is misleading. I was really looking forward to giving a little treat here and there. For the time being, its apples, strawberries, kiwi, etc.
