The velcro does not stay on my ankle over my pants and does not adjust to many sizes. It is certainly more reflective than non reflective clothing as they state in the listing, however, it is NOT very reflective compared to Vedante POP BANDS or Jog Lite bands. If you are spending money to be safe and visible at night I suggesting purchasing another brand.

I have tried a number of different ankleband straps and these have been the all around best. Thin enough to be unobtrusive unlike thicker ones but not too thin to be useful. Very durable and have lasted for well over 2 years. They are reflective enough for urban biking at night. Good length for ankles covered in socks and denim. Velcro makes it easy to hold pant legs in place and easy to pull off when you're done riding. Once I am done using them, I wrap them around the handlebar to keep them from losing them. Nathan makes good products, I use their hydration belts for running and find that they make reliable products.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The bright yellow + reflective material is good for high vis at dusk and after dark...

I've lost a bunch of these ... the velcro type material doesn't stick once it gets old and wet.

Through general lameness I've lost several, but those that make it more than several months start to get the old-velcro problem

But, they are simple and cheap... and much cheaper than replacing a chain-eaten pant leg.

They are just barely long enough to fit around a pair of denims. They are bright, but that does not matter if you cannot wear them. I guess they would be fine if you always cycle in shorts and have small ankles, but if you wear long pants or have large ankles, these will not work. Difficult for me and my son to put on - kinda defeats the purpose of encouraging him to wear them.

I am going to extend them by sewing on more hook and loop fabric. I would get different, longer ankle bands.

I like to run at night when it's cool and there is less traffic around. I live in an area where Border Patrol are around driving at night and one stated to me when he saw me running that he could spot me a little over a half a mile away. I was relived, that confirmed I was visible, I wear them on my ankles and wrist or sometimes above my knees when wearing shorts. Not that itchy just annoying at times around ankles if you do not tighten them well. Over all great product for the simple and effective use.

I bought these to keep my pant leg from getting caught in my gears while biking to school. Generally, these didn't work that well. I've found rolling my pant legs works the best, and some rubber bands when it below freezing are an improvement to these.

The anklebands are reflective, though. That is pretty nice at night.

Good quality. Easy to attach. Reflective and narrow. I wore them on my double century ride on which we were in the dark starting out and coming in. They were required by the event organizers (along with front and tail lights). For such a straight forward product, I feel they could be less expensive, but nothing seems to be cheap these days. They serve their purpose.

Not much to say about these except they are just as expected and are nice. I use them for keeping my right pant leg tight at the bottom while riding my bike. I usually one use one and let a riding partner if I have one borrow the other. I would buy again.
