Not as strong as I was hoping. I used the same product as a powder before and that worked better. But the powder tastes awful and is very hard to swallow even when mixed in drink so the capsules are definitely more pleasant. I'll probably keep using this, perhaps I just need to take more capsules than the instructions recommend.
