We remodeled the interior of the house and replaced the door knobs. We chose the Schlage Georgian Satin Nickel Knobs (privacy model). The five standard knobs were easy to find at our local hardware store. One problem remained. Two of our interior doors had Dummy Knobs and the Georgian Style Dummy Knobs were unavailable everywhere we tried, even though Schlage was probably the most common brand of door knobs available. We ended up having to special order them. Well, such is life. We installed them and are very satisfied.
