The use of inversion therapy has been proven to provide amazing results and relief from lower back pain. My wife and I use the teeter hangup to strengthen our core muscle groups and to lengthen our spines to provide that much needed relief from a long day of work. The machine (f7000) is easy to assemble, of solid construction, and easy to operate. It is exactly what we were looking for.
