With a 12-4/5-cubic-foot capacity, this manual-defrost chest freezer provides additional storage space for extra groceries. The unit comes equipped with adjustable temperature control, an interior light, a power-on light, and a top-lifting door with a built-in handle for ease of use. Its lock-and-key system keeps the freezer door shut and securely locked, plus the key automatically ejects to prevent being left in the lock. Accessories include two lower StorMor lift-out baskets, which offer convenient storage for easy access to most small frozen items or items that are most frequently used. A food organization system also comes included, consisting of heavy-duty dividers with pre-printed storage labels. When 1/4- to 1/2-inch of frost has accumulated, remove all frozen-food items and defrost and clean the freezer. A defrost drain at the base of the unit makes it simple to drain the water. After defrosting, wash inside surfaces with warm water and baking soda. Removable parts and the cabinet exterior can be cleaned with warm water and mild liquid detergent. Rinse and wipe all surfaces dry with a clean soft cloth. The chest freezer measures 29-1/2 by 42-3/4 by 35 inches (60-13/16 inches with the lid open) and carries a one-year warranty.
