I've been using this filter (with my Hoover windtunnel) for over 10 years and it has never failed me! I will be buying another one soon so that I can wash the old one with water and soap and have an extra one while it is drying...I can't believe that the other poster gave this product a one star because of him NOT reading the instructions. The Hoover Windtunnel is a great little vacuum also!!

This filter fits my Hoover Windtunnel bagless canister vacuum. It works perfectly. It's sturdy and has definitely improved the performance of my vacuum - I had washed my previous filter quite a few times before it just needed to be replaced. The only difference I can see is that the filter material is white instead of grey and I doubt that will change the performance. I would order this again for sure!

I was just notified of my review being helpful. When I clicked the link I see this shows an entirely different filter than the one that was once here. I have no idea if the one being shown for the 'flair vacuum' is any good, but it clearly would not fit a windtunnel. This is really false advertising for Amazon to let someone change the product and keep the reviews!

It doesn't fit correctly. The filter needs to be in place exactly right in order to snap the dust catcher in place. Something is not sized correctly and it won't snap closed. What a pain in the neck. I think the big problem here is that Amazon puts reviews for similar items together and the review is not exactly for what you are ordering. This one is described as Hoover Filter for Flair Vacuum 59136055 and is sold by Merchandise Mecca.
Attention AMAZON. Stop putting reviews in place for items that are not the same thing. Now I have to send it back and try something else.

Generic Dust Cup Filter for Windtunnel Bagless Canister (Washable).
Fits inside the dirt container on Hoover bagless canisters including the S3755, S3765, S3755045, S3765040 and S3755080.
Love the bagless style.
A bit messy to empty the dust off the full dust-canister.
Even messier to clean the cylindrical "washable" dust cup filter located inside the dust canister.
I purchased a second dust cup filter in order to interchange, alternate the dust cup filters, 1-2-1-2-etc. and to vacuum clean (not wash!) the first cup filter, while the second cup filter is mounted inside the dust cup.
Therefore the two cup filters are used alternately, one working inside the vacuum cleaner dust canister, while the second one is vacuum cleaned in my hand and ready to replace the inside one when the inside filter is too dusty.
Thus I am avoiding the joy of utilizing a single cup filter with the often need to wash/rinse the unique cup filter.
Using the narrow slit suction attachment to clean the cup filter not being used (being in stand-by mode). Adios to the dust-off tooth brushing the only cup filter.

This is the specified filter for the Flair Stickvac, and I really like the tool itself. The filter does its job well, my only complaint would be that it is hard to clean out. If you just take filter and try to shake or dislodge the dirt in it - it normally doesn't empty fully. I normally have to push the little mesh bag inside out - even over a container the dirt goes everywhere - including my hands. Even this way bag never appears to be fully cleaned out. I know it is not a full sized vac, and material in filter is small in comparison - but it can be a real nuisance to have to struggle to get it as clean as you can.
