Good quality nickel hooks. Hardware included was easy to use after pre-drilling. I used this to hang a 20lb chandelier with chain for our apartment. Only complaint is the finish. Not enough shine for my taste. I used my dremel to polish it up a bit. At 20ft up you cant tell and it matches the polished nickel chain nicely.

I ordered these to "swag" our kitchen light which is oil-rubbed bronze. They are a nice color but much smaller than expected. Granted I should have paid attention to the measurements, but I figured they would look ok. The shape is also a bit more frilly than I was hoping for. They are too small and frilly, and we are not going to use them.
