So I've had this since December 2010 - about 7 months now. It for about 2 months now has started to rust all on the top and the rust drips to the counter and causes stains. Do not buy this product, cheap quality stainless steel that rusts within months.

It cracks for some reason after 2 months of using this dispenser.. Cheap quality, easy to get rusty.. Very disappointed.

I made this purchase for my restroom and it began to show signs of rust within just one week. It's been just over two months and it is now rusting in four different spots. Time for the trash. What a waste!!!!

We recently purchased this dispenser in order to match the decor of our bathroom. Shipping was prompt and we received it in good condition. We were initially content with its appearance as it seemed to be of decent quality. Unfortunately, after one week of use there are already areas of rust forming on the nozzle and body. We do not submerge it in water nor use it inappropriately. We only expected it to function as it should and look presentable, but after a week it is already failing our requirements. We would definitely not recommend this item to anyone that plans on using this in the bathroom.

This is easy to grab, not too big around, and quite stable when pumping while sitting on the counter. The 18/10 quality stainless should guarantee no corrosion from the liquid soaps we buy in quantity at the warehouse club.

I have purchased dispensers locally that looked like stainless for more than this item costs, and that corroded through within a few months and had to be thrown away. I feel confident that this is a much higher quality, and it looks so nice on the counter!

I was hoping to buy a product that would last a long time, hence the search for a quality stainless steel soap pump. The product is not all stainless steel-the pump itself is some sort of plastic. The pump broke after 2 months of normal use. Very disappointing, especially for the price. Unfortunately it was unfixable had to be thrown out.

The description of this product is that it has a brushed stainless steel finish. This is not true, only the bottom container part is St St, the top pump part is bright shiny chrome. It is in fact a two tone finish. This is not what we wanted and when I contacted the manufacturer they ignored my complaint and request for an all one St St per the product description, and said that if it didn't work to send it back for a new one.

It is really bad quality. I originally used it in my bathroom, but it started getting rust one week after use. I moved it to the kitchen to avoid the humidity in the bathroom. However it now has a rusted holes bottom and up. I am very disappointed about this purchase. It is an rather expensive soap dispenser.
