A little smaller than i expected but suiting for the purpose. Solid metal construction, good mobile joints, and a solid weighted nonslip base. only issue is the finger screws are hard to tighten and loosen and the magnifying glass becomes unscrewed if not tighted and handled. Other than this, this helper will get the job done just fine, and can pretty much be put in any position your project would require.
