This wire brush fits my grinder when I remove the cover plate. I used it to remove rotten plywood from the fiberglass panel from my RV. I also used it to remove rust from the frame under my RV. It is very strong and it still looks like new after using it for 2 weeks. I ordered 2 of them, but I think that just one of them would have been enough.

This is great wire brush. I'm using it to remove paint and rust on a vehicle frame and this cup does the trick, blasts through the muck quick and easy.

The cup maintains its shape well, there's some spread at high speeds and high pressure but overall it's still awesome. The strands keep their twist and I've not noticed any major loss of wire bits. The cost can't be beat either, far less than big brand cups and no loss of quality, I know because I've used those big brand devices.

Bought one of these at the local hardware store because the Milwaukee crimped brush I had disintegrated after about an hour of use cleaning off mild oxidation on some steel I was welding. This Forney knotted model rocks! Removes material just as good as the crimped brush but lasts and lasts. I looked and felt like a pin cushion after the crimped brush went south. My sweatshirt was covered in launched wires. I've got over an hour on this Forney and no sign of wear or failure. Price was about the same at the local store.

I'm refurbishing a 60 year old drill press. I needed something to help remove the old paint, rust, and accumulated grime. This does a fantastic job. Used in a .5 inch drill it quickly got down to the bare metal. Best of all it is very good about retaining the bristles. Other wire wheels that I've used have been prone to losing bristles and wearing down quickly to the extent that they can be unusable. That is not only frustrating but dangerous when the bristles are lost at speed. This has resolved those problems. Highly recommended.

This brush worked well for grinding my truck bed, but it is important to know what RPMs your grinder turns at! Even though this brush is rated for slightly less than my grinder, after a couple hours I noticed that the wires were flying out and embedding themselves in my jeans. When I turned it over, I noticed also that the cup had developed severe cracks. Thankfully I noticed in time.

This thing Kicks Rust! Hold on if you use a powerful, but smaller motor. I re did floor pans in my Cherokee... from underneath it really tore things up, just the way I wanted. Rust and old undercoat was flying everywhere.
